Week Nine (March 7-11)
On Monday, I student taught and then worked finalized and sent out ALL the emails for my leadership role! This was a large task and I was relieved to finally have finished this first portion. In the evening, I attended my ENGL 2002 course from 4-5:20pm.
On Tuesday, I student taught for a half-day. After lunch, I went to a family-friend's house to babysit so she and her husband could go get an ultrasound! In the evening, I tutored (4:30-7pm).
On Wednesday, I worked the Welcome Desk 8-10, Student Life 10-2pm, Bearcat Pantry 2-4. I attended class 4-5:20, and then rushed to work the Open House 5:30-8pm.
On Thursday, I student taught, then had a meeting with Chris from 11:30-12pm. Then I worked the Dry Cleaners 1-7pm. I tutored 7:15-8:15pm.
On Friday, I student taught until 1:40, then worked the Dry Cleaners 2-7pm. It was the last day of student teaching before our Spring Break (I am SO lucky that they line up perfectly!). It was certainly a stressful day, but I was truly able to spend quality time with so many of my students, and have meaningful time with all of them. I am looking forward to resting, but I'm also looking forward to returning with refreshed and renewed energy to invest even more into each and every one of their beautiful souls!
