Ambassador of the Week! 

Semi is one of the kindest, pure-hearted, loving people I know. We worked together a few times during the Summer 2021, and every shift we shared, our vibe was spectacular. If you're ever feeling down, Semi can lift your spirits: truly! She always puts a smile on my face. It is an honor to call her friend.

Semi, I wish you laughter and joy as you enter this chapter of life. I look forward to growing our friendship and to Tuesdays when our shifts overlap at the Welcome Desk!  

Kyla is such a sweet-hearted person. When I first met her I knew we would be friends. We have a lot of things in common, but one of the things I value most that we have in common is God. I'm so glad for the conversations Kyla and I have regarding our faiths. Kyla and I are both education majors as well, but she is an early-ed major whereas I am a middle-ed! She is the picture of a perfect elementary teacher: so sweet, soft-spoken, patient and kind. Kyla, I love you much and I wish you nothing but love and laughter as the year progresses. 

Jamie is truly one of my best friends. She is the person I know I can trust and depend on 100% of the time. She can always make me laugh, but she is also the shoulder I can cry on. Jamie is so fun, so real, and a valuable part of our Ambassador team. 

Jamie, I know this past year has been tough, and this past month has been a whirlwind. Moving forward, I am wishing you love, peace, and authentic joy. 

Shadi is an amazing human being! I think I speak for everyone when I say that she is an excellent member of our team. Shadi is extremely thoughtful and considerate; you can tell that she puts thought into everything she says, making it even more meaningful. She and I actually talked about that the other day! Shadi has not had it easy, and I am blessed to have heard even just portions of her life journey. I think her life experience, joy, and constant excitement for life are well-needed. Shadi, your strength amazes me. I wish you absolute joy, comfort, and tranquility as this year ends and next begins. 

Casey is an absolutely beautiful and amazing addition to the Ambassador team. I am so blessed to call her a friend. Casey is incredibly smart! Her amazing writing inspires me. I especially cherish our conversations about plants! Casey, I wish you renewed creativity, joy, and warmth as the year ends and the next begins! Thank you for being so amazing. 

Pavel is an amazing addition to our ambassador team.

Ever since the first time that Pavel and I lead orientation together, I have considered him a good friend. I know that I can always find him to talk about our mutual loves of music and nature!

Pavel, I wish you a serene, enjoyable, successful semester! 

Jennavieve is a refreshing addition to our Ambassador team! I am so excited to get to work with her this semester! At the Ambassador Leadership Retreat, she was kind enough to sit next to me, and I was grateful for the opportunity to get to know her a little bit! Jennavieve, I wish you joy and excitement in your leadership journey.

When I heard that Luis was Ambassador of the Week, I was so excited to share! Luis was actually my orientation leader when I was an itty-bitty bearcat! He and Olivia both lead the orientation beautifully, and truly inspired me to become an active member of the Bearcat community, and to become a leader specifically. Luis is such a fun friend to have, and you can always count on him to put a smile on your face! Luis, I wish you adventure and peace as we round out the final weeks of the semester. I am blessed to have been impacted by you, and to call you a friend. 

I absolutely adore Harley! She is an absolutely stunning member of our ambassador team and I am blessed to call her a friend. Harley has pulled me out of my shell, and is always sure to include everyone! Harley, I wish you continued joy and renewal as this semester comes to a close, and the next opens. I can't wait for all the memories we will make in the future! 

Chauncey has been an excellent addition to the Ambassador team. I am saddened that our time working together was so short, but I am impressed by how he seamlessly entered our crazy bunch. He brought with him a superb sense of humor, and wonderful energy. I am glad to have been able to work with Chauncey! I wish you laughter and adventure as we close out this semester and step into the next! 

Ruthie has truly been an outstanding friend. I am honored to have her in my corner. She is an encourager, a lift-upper, a kind hearted person. She has inspired me to open up, and to be authentically and unapologetically myself. For that, I am forever indebted to her. 

Ruthie, I wish you love and peace as you step into the next chapter of your journey. I can't wait to see how you grow. 

I cannot stress it enough; I absolutely love every single Ambassador. It has been an honor and a joy to serve alongside such wonderful people.

Seriously though, our time together flew by and I am certainly going to miss all the fun times we shared. I look forward to building more memories with this group, and to watching them step into their full potential as leaders in their lives.
